Attendee Criteria

    • Peering/Interconnection manager
    • Internet Exchange operator
    • Data Center engineer
  • Inappropriate Attendees
    • Sales/Marketing

Registration Process

Step 1
All those wishing to attended will be asked to provide the following information for a pre-screening process.

  • Name
  • Org / Title
  • Role
  • ASN
  • Brand

Step 2
Working Group members will judge if the registrant is appropriate as a Peering Asia attendee. If the registrant is accepted, he/she will be provided with a URL for the “Eventbrite” registration site.

Step 3
After completing registration and payment, the registrant will be provided with a a URL for the “Pathable Meeting Tool.”

Registration Dates and Fees

Early Bird Registration (until 20 September 17:00 JST)

  • Registration fee: 12,000 JPY
  • Cancellation fee: 50%

Standard Registration (21 September to 20 October)

  • Registration fee: 15,000 JPY
  • Cancellation fee: 100%

Each organization can register up to 2 attendees (excluding hosts and sponsors). Organizations wishing to register more than two attendees will be assigned to a waiting list.
